Dax Grant is the multi-talented founder of Global Transform. She’s not only a CEO, COO, and CIO, Dax is also on the CIO Global 100 list and Cranfield University’s list of 100 Women to Watch. She is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, 100 Powerlist Keynote Speaker, an author, a portfolio NED, and a philanthropist. In this episode, Dax touched on people-centric innovation and how women can thrive in tech.
Cecilia is the Chief Executive Officer of Hyve Dynamics, a pioneering deep tech sensor technology company. Cecilia is also the founder of Tech Women Today and Ladies Who Launch. An outspoken advocate for diversity, she works tirelessly to close the gender and racial gap while opening doors in the technology sector. Cecilia’s recent achievements include being on the 2019 EmPower 100 Ethnic Minority Role Model List, being a 2019 Include Tech Alliance Awards Finalist, and a 2018 WeAreTheCity TechWomen100 winner. In the episode, we discussed Cecilia’s commitment to strengthening a “pipeline” of women in tech and showing women that they have the power to shape their career.

Her expertise has seen her drive successful personalisation initiatives, focusing on the use of data to execute transformation. Dr Patchava’s optimism shines through on her appearance as she discusses the critical role data plays in personalisation and transformation, healthcare trends, winning the Top 10 Women in Tech award and more.
Flavilla Fongang is the Founder and MD at award-winning branding and neurotechnology agency, 3 Colours Rule. A serial entrepreneur, Flavilla has been named as one of the five most influential women in tech by Computer Weekly, won the “She’s Mercedes” award by Mercedes Benz for women in business, and the Founder of Tech London Advocates – Black Women in Tech. In this episode, we discussed Flavilla’s role at 3 Colours Rule and the value of employee wellbeing during remote working. We also unpacked the role psychology plays in connecting with consumers and the ways in which consumer behaviours are changing among others.
Jo Boswell is the inspirational Founder and Director of Sentio-B, a boutique CX consulting firm that helps businesses drive successful CX initiatives. She’s also a mentor, coach, and public speaker. Her history of success is well documented, from her exceptional work delivering the “Know Me” personalisation programme at British Airways, to being in the Top 25 CX Influencers List for 2022 for Customer Experience Magazine. Jo chatted to us about the challenges facing CX leaders in the current landscape, and the essential role tech plays in overcoming them.
Natalie Billingham is Akamai’s Vice President Sales and Managing Director for EMEA. With over two decades of global experience, she has helped some of the largest telcos, finance and banking enterprises in finding the right answer to their cybersecurity future and build strategic partnerships. She is also a founding member of the EMEA Women’s Forum. On this podcast, Natalie unravels the thorniest security challenges faced by businesses across sectors in 2022. She also pinpoints the precise ways for more women to get into and thrive in tech.

Natalie Billingham, VP EMEA Sales, Akamai
Paige brings over 20 years of experience in senior marketing roles crossing many areas of enterprise software, customer experience, and cloud computing. As CMO, she combines product marketing expertise with an extensive background in communications and a passion for developing thought leadership programs that build awareness, differentiation, and demand. Lisa Forte is the Co-Founder and Partner at Red Goat Cyber Security. She has an exceptional track record in cybersecurity dating back to her time on the UK’s South West Regional Cyber Crime Unit.
