We were thrilled to have Natasa Rubesa join us for this special edition of The CEO.digital Show, the first in our new Extra series. As Project Manager in Global HR, Natasha helps to roll out transformation in HR for organisations around the world. Atos itself is a global leader in digital transformation, with 110,000 employees and annual revenue of 110,000 employees and annual revenue of €12 billion. Its goal is to help design the future of the information space so its customers and members of society at large can live, work and develop sustainably.

Throughout our interview and deep dive into how HR has had to evolve rapidly in the past year following the pandemic, we learned about how and why organisations must transform, and the role HR plays within that. Natasa also told of how traditional organisations can digitise as much of their existing processes as possible to free up time and resources to be actively involved in re-establishing the corporate culture when the pandemic ends.

The conversation also turned to hiring, and the urgent need for organisations to reassess their strategic plans in order to grow their teams in the right way to build back and achieve growth once more. Finally, Natasa also talked about the unique challenge of attracting talent during the pandemic era and what the long-term effect will be.
