He believes that in the era of total tech, the people capability of an organisation becomes the principal point of commercial differentiation – and it is the role of HR to create this.
Chris Voce
Customer Engagement Strategist, Citrix
Chris supports engagement with C-Suite and Directors to help them understand and embrace Employee Experience as part of their business strategy. He came from Forrester Research, where as a Vice President & Research Director, he led Forrester’s employee experience research strategy for business and technology leaders. His team’s research helped clients re imagine IT strategy to create the cultural and technology conditions for people do their best work and drive engagement.
