True contextual intelligence requires integrating demographics (name, email address, industry, etc.), stated and implied preferences, past behavioural trends and purchases, and what customers are doing right now across touchpoints.
Omnichannel Automation—Mapping profiles and real-time behaviours with on-the-spot decision-making so you can customize the experience as it occurs across touchpoints. Customization across one or two touchpoints or within a campaign is not responsive or relevant enough for today’s connected consumer.
